1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using UKSponsorJobs ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. The Service is operated by UKSponsorJobs and is intended for individuals seeking employment in the United Kingdom.

2. The Service

UKSponsorJobs aggregates job postings from companies verified on the GOV.UK Register of Licensed Sponsors. We provide tools to search, filter, and receive alerts for visa-sponsorship-eligible roles. We are an aggregator — we do not post jobs ourselves and are not involved in any hiring process.

Job listings are provided for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of any listing. Always verify details directly with the employer before applying.

3. Accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your password.
• You must provide accurate information when registering.
• One account per person. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent plan limits is prohibited.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Subscription Plans & Billing

We offer three plans:

• Free — no charge, limited access.
• Base — £1.99/month, billed monthly via Stripe.
• Premium — £5.99/month, billed monthly via Stripe.

Subscriptions are auto-renewing. You authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis. Prices are shown inclusive of any applicable VAT.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then. We do not offer pro-rata refunds for partial months.

If a payment fails, we will attempt to retry. Continued failure may result in downgrade to the Free plan.

5. Referral Programme

• You earn £0.30 for each referred user who subscribes to Base, and £0.90 for Premium.
• Referral earnings are credited to your in-app wallet only when the referred user's payment clears.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is £5.00. Withdrawals are processed manually within 3 working days via bank transfer.
• Fraudulent referrals (self-referral, fake accounts) will result in account termination and forfeiture of earnings.
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the referral programme at any time with 30 days' notice.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl, or systematically download job listings or company data.
• Use automated tools to access the Service beyond normal browsing.
• Share your account credentials or allow others to use your subscription.
• Attempt to circumvent paywalls, rate limits, or access controls.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any UK law.
• Interfere with the operation of the Service or its underlying infrastructure.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Service — including the website design, software, and aggregated data presentation — is owned by or licensed to UKSponsorJobs. Individual job descriptions remain the property of their respective employers. You may not reproduce or redistribute our content without written permission.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that any job listing will result in employment, that any employer will sponsor a visa application, or that job data is current or accurate. Sponsorship eligibility is determined solely by the employer and the Home Office.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, UKSponsorJobs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of employment opportunity or reliance on job listing accuracy. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified by email at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance. If you do not accept the new Terms, you may cancel your subscription before they take effect.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
